Some people might feel sorry for themselves in this situation

Puppy don’t care

Puppy’s got stuff to do

Puppy’s got places to be

Puppy’s got people to bark at and things to sniff.

Albert Camus

Such a soft spot for stayherewithus.

(via stayherewithus)

(via blowyourownjob)

"In the midst of hate, I found there was, within me, an invincible love. In the midst of tears, I found there was, within me, an invincible smile. In the midst of chaos, I found there was, within me, an invincible calm. I realized, through it all…that in the middle of winter, I finally found that within me there lies an invincible summer. And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger—something better, pushing right back."

Way too powerful an image here…

This speaks volume about the standards expected in society on how one should look. And how young we begin to be bombarded with these standards…

I can’t remember the amount of times of cried while grabbing at my fat and wishing I could cut it off. It started when I was eight. This picture and the meaning behind it is so, so important.

Wow, just wow…I remember this all too well. It was only like, three years ago that I still had my eating disorder and I honestly got so bad I found myself standing in the bathroom, pinching the fat on my abdomen, holding a pair of scissors. I was so fucking desperate…god, I am never going back to that.

I promise to fight diet culture and I promise to love my body unconditionally.

I literally used to want to cut off my tummy fat the exact same way.. (still do).. so sad.

This is terrifying but I remember having these thoughts. Finding the ability to see my body as beautiful and to be confident is what I’m most thankful for.
